How quickly can I get a video? Get Answer
The video process varies from project to project. Usual turn around times vary depending on your selection(s) and needs. Most videos are created and running within 1 business week.
How many times can I play it on my site? Get Answer
As many times as you want. There is no limit on how many impressions, clicks or conversions can be loaded. We want you to be able to generate as many conversions and extra revenue from this technology as possible.
Can I put my video on multiple sites? Get Answer
Yes, if you opt for the CPA pricing model there is no limit on the places you can use these videos.
Can I change spokespeople? Get Answer
Most of the production process is done up front with shooting of a particular spokesman. However, many times we do same shot videos with multiple spokesmen to fit different demographic and targeting metrics. Contact your account manager to see different selections.
Can I decide on what clothes they wear? Get Answer
Should you choose to buy a video, once you complete the contract you will be contacted by the director to go over attire, tone, body language, props, etc before the shoot.
Can I have more than one spokesperson? Get Answer
Yes. You can use multiple spokesmen to have a dialogue or interaction if you so choose.
Can we use multiple actors or talent on one website? Get Answer
Yes. We can use different people for different pages or even film two people for one page standing next to each other. We can also film one person and morph them into the next person to deliver a second message. Additional fees may apply.
How do the videos work on my site? Get Answer
Affiliated TV has developed an overlay technology that allows your video to run over your web site. When your web site loads, it sees our code and is told to run your video from our server..
What is Overlay Technology? Get Answer
Overlay Technology is when your website allows a second layer to work over your existing HTML.
Where are the files hosted? Get Answer
Affiliated TV hosts all video files. This allows us to monitor, track, secure and update your code as needed.
How do I insert the code? Get Answer
Once your video is complete, an email will be sent to you and or your web administrator. This email will have instructions on how to insert one line of code into your HTML file. You can also view video tutorials on our support page.
Can the spokesman be any size or be anywhere on my web sites pages? Get Answer
Yes. We can place the video anywhere you have an open space on your page. The Spokesman can be any size or shape with in a standard 800x600 desktop resolution. We can even place the host in a pop up window, separate from your web site.
Will this work on any computer? Get Answer
Our technology requires no special software, plug-ins, or high speed connections.
Will I have to re-design my entire web site? Get Answer
No. Because we use overlay technology, you don’t have to change anything about your website. The video plays on top of your site, wherever you want it placed. We can even “embed” it into any flash file on your site.
Do I need to get special hosting or add anything to my existing hosting account in order to support this technology? Get Answer
Not at all. Our technology streams from our servers right to your current web site and requires no special software, plug-ins or high speed connections to work.
Can I or one of my company spokespersons be on my site, instead of the supplied Actors? If so, what can I wear? Get Answer
Of course. If you can come to one of our studios we can film you. This is done all the time, contact a sales representative to schedule your appointment to the nearest studio near you. As for clothing, we suggest wearing light colors on dark web pages and dark colors on light web pages. This way you really stand out. However, due to the green screen effect, DO NOT WEAR ANY GREEN colors.
Can I have my footage shot at a local studio and mail you the footage for production, instead of coming out to your studio? Get Answer
Of course. You may book studio time with any studio having a floor to ceiling green screen and proper lighting and shooting capabilities. Then mail us a MiniDV or a DVD with ONLY the raw AVI clips you wish to have produced. However, please keep in mind we have fine tuned our studio to be able to precisely offer the Affiliated.tv technology, so upon shooting elsewhere we can NOT guarantee the footage will be usable or as high quality as what we provide with our entire package. Not too mention studios could have a high rate to shoot with them and most of our clients have been able to make a quick trip for far less hassle.
Can we use props or special uniforms/costumes? Get Answer
Yes. As long as they fit in our studio or you supply the uniform/costume.
Do we write the script of what the actor says? Get Answer
You can, or you can have our in-house copy-writing staff create a hard hitting, call to action, marketing pitch or simple Service related script for you. Once written we will go over the script with you to make sure it is how you want it. We have written thousands of scripts and copy for all types of direct response marketing campaigns.
Do you offer an affiliate program for me to offer this technology to my clients? Get Answer
